Absolutely honest and fair establishment! I took my iPad in as I thought screen was cracked. Turned out just the protector was cracked. They could have easily got me for $150 but called and told me to pick it up. They removed protector and charged me nothing! Very nice ppl working there and the BEST part honest!
And repairs covered under Verizon warranty, no charge
