I am not smart. Let’s start with that, but I have taken my Controller apart a few times and generally know how it works. I took it apart to fix the bumper and for some reason could not get it back together whatsoever brought my controller in and Anthony fixed it for free and told me he fixed it. He did and was very honest very good place!
Old phone with broke screen was replaced with new. Had to transfer data old to new but broken screen prevented Verizon store from doing it. We went to ubreakifix who had a way to pull out off successfully for only $120. Wife's happy (her phone) so I'm happy. Good job guys. Definitely phone geeks 😁
I dropped my tablet and caused the power button to dislodge. I called the store and was told to come on in so they could check it out. Joseph was able to fix it quickly but we soon discovered the screen wouldn't power on. Joseph hopped online and after trying a few tricks he was able to get the tablet to turn on as well as get me logged back into my accounts. I visited here to get a replacement battery for my iPhone 6s, which they had in stock. Prior to getting the replacement, I was told about cheaper alternatives to a new battery like another 6s. I was given notice after a quick, but detailed inspection of my phone that it had water damage and therefore the work couldn't be warrantied while I was there. Both of these exchanges told me they were upfront about company policies and cared about customer value above all.
