Had to come get my laptop fixed and Peter at UbreakIfix helped me out so much! Great vibe, pretty quick and gave me the best advice on what to do for my repair!
Even though they were extremely busy when I was there, they took extra time to answer my questions and help me resolve my iPhone repair, without feeling rushed. Besides being professional and friendly they did a great job repairing my phone. It looks like new!
I had to find a Google service provider in a hurry while I was in Columbus because my battery wasn't working right and it had been recalled. This place was very friendly and considerate of my situation and had me up and running in a couple of hours. Definitely will have any repeat business I can give them.
I went to another ubif nearby paid almost 300 dollars to replace my psu and still having the same issues came to this one hoping they might be a bit better, they basically refused to look at my pc told me to go back to that one bc I would have to pay out of pocket and that my warranty wasn’t valid (Google literally says the warranty is valid at all ubif locations) and that they don’t do what was needed to fix my pc MIND YOU THEY DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT IT OR LISTEN TO WHAT I SAID WAS WRONG WITH IT. I went in to meet a friendly, professional person named Bryan. I explained what I perceived the issue(s) to be and he advised what the needed repairs were. Bryan was thorough and patient. The phone is better than new and my sister loved the lavender trim on the phone. The battery was replaced along with the screen and the back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work! Also worth mentioning is the turn around time the next day.
