I had two broken phones. Got one last year and broke it a week later and just broke the replacement. Google sent me here for the repair on the current one and I took the old one as well. They fixed both of them in a free hours. Alex did a great job and explained everything really well to me. I was expecting a $500+ bill for both of them and he got it covered under warranty.
