Brandon was excellent. I was worried my phone was broken, but he cleaned the charge port and my phone started working. Excellent customer service.
Nathaniel at the chesterfield location was very helpful. My charging connection just needed cleaning out so my headphones would work properly. While I have used their services before, this time there was no charge. They are the go to if you need any service performed on your phone. Thank you.
Waited maybe 5 - 10 minutes and helped me clean out my charging port for no cost! Runs like new again, would definitely recommend.
Very rough experience. I arrived at my appointment time only to find the employees all sitting outside on the sidewalk, against the store front as they did not have a key to open the door and were waiting for another employee to drive the key to them. The store did not have functioning air conditioning and was uncomfortable to be in for more than 10 minutes.
