I don’t normally leave negative reviews, and I always try to give a business the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I feel it’s important to share what happened. Several years ago, I brought a laptop here because it was running extremely slow and needed to be wiped, updated, and restored. I got my screen replaced with them. I went to swap my screen protector a few months later and when i took it off the whole screen lifted off with very little force . Screen was clearly not installed good. When i brought it in they said it wasn't under warranty because the screen had damage, i explained the screen only had damage because it lifted off.
