The professional technicians at uBreakiFix provided explanation, resolution, and helpful hints to help get my phone back on. They were courteous, helpful, and just nice people. Clyde, Eli, Fallon, and Kayla were all lifesavers.

Kayla and Eli were very helpful with repairing my iPhone. I filed a claim in store and get my phone serviced within an hour and a half. They also did a good job replacing the screen and cleaning the device.
They called me telling me they had the part . 2 hours later they called me telling me they put the wrong series number. They should have never called telling me they had the part or they found the part . I am beyond upset
