I dropped my PS4 pro like two weeks ago. Unfortunately Alison, the owner, got sick and was not able to work on it. I was bummed out but I didn’t want Alison to feel rushed, hopefully Alison got some rest. After all elections are delicate and should not be rushed. I called today and someone answered but I forgot their name. They said they would get to fixing my PS4 pro today. They fixed my problem, it was just a deep clean and thermal past.
