Power supply in my desktop went out. They figured it out, let me know and got it fixed.
I had dealt with terrible pop ups for days and thought I would have to toss this phone ans buy another. I went to ubreakifix on 5520 Johnston and Eric identified and deleted the offending app within a minute. I'm one happy customer and will continue to come back to this business when I need assistance.
