Demarco was extremely professional and patient. Helped me with my issues.
Tried to have my phone repaired by this location. Phone rep told me that because my phone was less than a year old, and there was no visible damage, the repair would be covered by Samsung warranty. Got a call back a week later saying I now have to pay over $500 dollars because they wouldn't repair under warranty, and that the phone was "visibly damaged and not under warranty" and that he was "looking at it right now" (he later admitted he was not at the same location my phone was at).
