Brought in a Pixel Fold to have a battery replaced. What should have been a 1 day job took any entire weekend, only for the tech at the shop to say they couldn't replace the battery and recommended taking the phone to the Google store. Once we got to the Google store we learned that not only did the tech at Ubreakifix put the phone back together incorrectly, the SIM card was missing. Not to mention it looked like they broke the phone case in the process. Never again.
I had iPhone problems - they offered to take a look and unfortunately couldn’t repair it and surprise! Surprise! there was no charge. Highly recommend you bring your phone issues there Honest and very helpful.

Update - After a previous positive experience with Rafael, I made an appt to have a phone battery assessed. When I got to the shop, I was told the device used to evaluate batteries wasn't working so I'd have to come back another time. I'd spent an hour traveling to the location and was irritated, so I asked to speak with the manager.
