I dropped off a usb drive to be repaired in October. Someone told me it would be repaired in 2 weeks. Every time I went they said a couple more days. This happened for 2 months. I have called multiple times and showed up to the store many times this month. My case has been cancelled. Please give my equipment back.

ZERO STARS.This place is a total mess. Brought a computer in three weeks ago for what I thought was a simple battery issue and they said they were super busy so itd be 5 days until they gave a diagnostic/estimate... totally fine. Weird part is that they took a $50 deposit down but provided no receipt or ticket regarding the transaction... seemed sketchy and disorganized. Fast forward 15 days nobody is reachable by phone. their system was down the day i went in but the employee working was super helpful in redirecting me to another ubreakifix location. i needed to edit my insurance claim to switch locations and he was very kind about letting me use the wifi to take care of that before leaving. still got my phone fixed within hours at the other location! i can pretty confidently recommend ubreakifix!
