Devin was very helpful and kind above and beyond customer service
I have a samsung 23 ultra that had some condensation in the camera from the river ( took it farther down past the recommended for water resistances) they let me drop my phone off the evening before and had it ready before noon the next day. Luckily there wasn't much water inside of the phone just the condensation but I did trust Jeremy the employee who helped me and so far my phone has been back to normal. Will definitely be back if needed but hopefully not too soo. Lol
