The hours of operation are convenient, the staff is very friendly and completely explain the entire process. The repair time exceeded expectation. They communicate via phone and text (texting was more convenient for me).
I am changing this review due to the effort of one the technicians from this business. He had communicated with me when the first cancellation happened. He was unaware of the second issue. Once he found out he made a special effort to get my phone fixed the following day. Thank you very much Burlin.
Replaced my broken screen and while it's a bit expensive without insurance it was worth it. N Nice people
