Devin was an amazing super hero w great customer service, as well Josh and Marcos who got our iPhone 16 Pro Max that was in the Frio River for 10 days fully functional again. Incredible and so very thankful! Highly recommend this crew and store!
Do not trust this place for any reason. Brought my PlayStation 5 in to be fixed, and they said they fixed it but when I picked it up it was still broken (but they sure were happy to charge me still)… brought it back to them again and guess what, still broken, except this time they told me that it wasn’t broken and that they didn’t really do anything to it, and they still charged me more money (even though they supposedly did nothing to it). I was pleased with the work and how fast they repaired my computers.
Eric the owner was absolutely amazing! Went above and beyond to help me with my phone issue. Jeremy and Joshua were both very helpful in store and I will definitely be back if needed and will recommend to everyone!!! Couldn't be more happy with my experience! Thank you guys so much for saving my data and transferring it for me.
