Called after to see what work was completed and the person who I talked to told me that they didn’t do the work and have no idea what was done customer service was bad I called at 430 on Thursday
Update: The owner of uBreakiFix reached out about my recent visit. He addressed all of my concerns and is working to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. My situation was kind of unique that they had not run into before so they were unaware on how to proceed. They took care of replacing the battery on my IPad Air 4 after the Apple Store told me it couldn't be replaced. That was good. What I didn't like was that the price charged went up a couple of times between me calling to see if they could do it and me taking it in within a week or so. I was pretty unhappy about that. Now that I got it back I hope it lasts and was worth replacing the battery.
This was my second visit to this store. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. Before bringing my Pixel 9 Pro Fold in for an inside screen replacement, I chatted with Google's support (see attached photos) to see if it was covered under warranty. They had me take photos and send to them to make sure there wasn't any damage that would cause it to not be covered.
