Need more employees, it seems. Don't waste your time making an appointment, they show up when they feel like it, and that's exactly what they say (in so many words). So show up, hope they are open, and wait in line.🤷 And if you don't have a backup phone, you should have one, because it might take days for a fix.

Awesome job! Twice I have been there to the Greece Location for different reasons each time. Both times William helped me and repaired my phone. I am so thankful ! I cannot afford to buy another phone or get into one of those"Free phone" Deals where you have to pay for an upgrade and fees.
