12:10…still not open. Line of people outside waiting to be serviced and this store cannot be bothered to open on time.
Absolutely a disgrace! I have been here three times have not got my problem fixed today, Sunday on November 2 at 12:10 when the store is supposed to open at 12 there’s five people outside and then even open this is absolutely an embarrassment. Customer should get something for free.

I dropped my Pixel 9 pro and broke the screen. they fixed it same day. Price in store was exactly the same as the quote I got online before going in. So that was nice, no bait and switch. The gentlemen that I worked with, Isiah and Abraham, were absolutely incredible. They were so helpful and insightful throughout the whole process. I hope I don't have to use this service again, but if I do, I'll happily go back!!
