Very helpful staff, and great work.
Excellent service at this location!!! They helped me upgrade the SSD on my steam deck and clone the OS. They even advised me on the cheapest option to get it done. Saved me a lot of time and stress. Kudos to Thomas the repair tech! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I got same day service on a Sunday too!
If I could, I will put 0 star for this place not even 1 star. We have Samsung care and this company is partner with Samsung. We came to fix cell phone screen and dropped the phone around 12:30 pm, then after 7 hours they still have not replace the screen and plus they broke the phone camera. It’s funny that they told us to contact Samsung back to get a replacement phone due their mistake and inability.
I needed my screen fixed and it was done quicker than quoted. Thank you Darien for your great customer service and timely work!
Yo, I gotta give a shoutout to this phone repair store! Darrien hooked me up and did an amazing job fixing my phone. The service was on point, and my phone was back in action in no time. The staff was super cool and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience way better. I'm definitely gonna come back to this store for any future phone repairs, but let's hope I don't have to 'cause I don't wanna go through that again!
