Devon was able to fix my phone in just a few minutes. No charge. He was very friendly and skilled. I highly recommend coming here. Verizon told me it had a virus and would have to be wiped and I would have lost everything. They suggested I come here. I am so glad I did!

Good service and friendly. Just really bad with communication when parts have to be ordered. Had to call them and ask them to track it for them to say "oh, we have it but no one checked it in.". Had to order a second part and, and again, had to call to follow up.

Please, service was not good damage my property and they made a crappy justification. I Drop a tablet to get it fix on december,screen broke again, price when double in a month that was a big Jump. On the second repair order, when i pick it up the lcd was damage marks scraches like all over de tablet lcd, they claim it was because when screen was removed the lcd got damage well if so you did not removed the screen with care and i dont have to paid extra to get a part replace that was damage by a tech , explain to the person ... read more
