I am not one to ever complain, but their services were abismal and I feel it necessary that I should warn tohers about what happened to me so it does not happen to them. The managers and employees made this already stressful process more even more stressful. It took them over a month to actually fix my computer. This is due to their negligence of never ordering the part when I asked them to and then ordering two wrong parts after I had to wait weeks for a part that they failed to order.
