My wife had dropped her phone and it was not operable. There were unprompted images on the screen suggesting significant electronic disturbance and no responsiveness to screen sliding maneuvers or to key entry. There was no obvious damage to the screen. We were very surprised and ( greatly relieved!) that a same day screen replacement returned the cellphone to its normal pre-drop damage functioning status. uBreakiFix was a lifesaver! Thank you!!
Luis did a phenomenal job helping me and walking me through the process of filing a claim with Verizon to fix my phone! He let me know what exactly was wrong with my phone and the next day I brought it in and was fixed within an hour and a half. I would absolutely recommend coming here and will be back if I need help with any of my other devices. Thank you again Luis for your prompt care and thoroughness!
Unfortunately for ubreakifix I can’t give more than one star because in order to have a guaranteed fix for something you have to sign up for Asurion which is like their claims department. You pay a monthly fee & they string you along & deny your claims over & over again making you jump through hoops so they only have to fix one device a year I guess. I tried to file a claim about a water damaged iPad & they said yeah sure just sign up & we will cover that for you only for them to deny my claim 5 times for different reasons e... read more
