I turned to uBreakiFix after getting a message from the Apple Store that they couldn’t [wouldn’t] help me - and I’m so glad I did! The staff is courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable! I stopped by and they were able to help me right away - and quickly fixed the issue with my iPad while I waited (only 15-20 minutes)!! I’m so happy with the service! 20 plus months of caseless abuse to my Galaxy Fold 5, an overly excited game of Rock, Paper, Scissors in my cement floored garage turned tragic. After 5 consecutive ties - rock, rock, paper, rock, scissors - the mood changed and it got serious. Tie (Rock). Tie (Scissors). Tie (Paper). We both started laughing...
