I needed to have the battery on my phone replaced, which they did! I also had a question about not receiving texts, so I was helped to reset the connectivity in settings in hopes that would help! The 2 gentlemen who helped me (one when I took my phone in and one when I picked it up) were both very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! A positive experience!
Jeff and Christian were fantastic from start to finish in getting my phone battery replaced! They were super friendly, helpful, and had my phone ready within a couple of hours on a busy Saturday afternoon.

UbreakiFix Team in Florence were very professional and helped me out in a pinch. I had a broken device where they could not fix, but they were able to assist me in getting the device working so I could get unsaved/backed up work off. I appreciate their above and beyond service and would recommend and go back to them when I do have a damaged device. Thanks again for helping me out!
