Helpful. They really only do hardware repair, no software repair or reimaging so if your phone is bricked, they can't help.
I came in with my z flip 6 with a broken inner display, I didnt have no insurance but was covered under samsung one year one time screen repair for this model. They didn't have the part because most stores dont due to how expensive these are, they order it and it came the next day. They called me to let me know the part was in, brought my phone in they quoted 2hrs to fix which they did complete it within that time frame. I was sent here from Verizon to have my phone repaired as my screen was not working and since I had insurance, this is the company their insurance goes through. I was told not only by the people at Verizon but also by the people here that they see this issue often and it is typically caused by a drop that knocks the screen loose. sebastian was really helpful with everyone in line infront of me even used a translator with one customer who spoke english as a second language. got to me told me what time it would be done everything turned out great and they even got done early
