Took an iPhone SE in for repair (my sons phone, he fell off his bike and the screen cracked) told me the price of the screen and everything which I agreed asked about the warranty on it (1 year) got the phone back home and it froze, took it back the next day and they said “yeah that happens with screen repairs you just have to hard reset it and update the phone” so that’s what I did. Don’t honor their work or warranty.
My wife drops her iPhone 13 and it wouldn’t respond. I tried all the YouTube videos I could find and nothing seemed to work. The screen was cracked up pretty bad this time (it had a crack in it from a previous time) but at least the first crack didn’t knock it out completely. I called and spoke to AJ and he was quick to answer my concerns and was able to look at it right away.
