TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This has been one of the most frustrating repair experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my iPhone in for a warranty repair because the glass was cracked. They replaced the glass, and I trusted that the repair had been done properly. I asked for a phone cleaning and battery replacement and received back a dirty phone at 20% battery. You don’t have to charge my phone, but when I pay for a new battery, it would be nice. They did not call when they needed my PIN; I had to call and check on my phone progress. Not a super experience and I hope for better next time. Maybe I will try another location. They also told me I get a new screen protector for free and did not do that either. Disappointing.
