Terrible experience, wouldn’t even waste your time.. dropped my PS5 on a Saturday and was told it would be ready by Monday, got a call on Tuesday and was told they wouldn’t work on it because it had bugs.. okay I get it that’s the policy, but why keep my system a whole extra day just to not even work on it. They were super fast with replacing my iPhone screen and worked great with my insurance so no out of pocket cost.
