Professional, nice gentleman took care of me and fixed my phone screen very quickly at the end of the night. I appreciated how nice and fast they were so I could get my phone back the same day it broke! I highly recommend.😊

Spent $200 @ another location for ipad screen repair and liquid screen protector +$200, 5 weeks after repair screen has cracked from poor new screen install combined with liquid screen protector, the national franchise does stand behind their repairs,/warranty, very greedy staff and individual franchise owners who train their employees Jeremy, to deny any claims for repair, highly recommend to stay clear
I found uBreakiFix to be a disappointment. Their website advertises free diagnosis, yet when I called they asked for $50. When I arrived at the store, they asked for $60. They said the repair could take as many as 3 days, but they had my laptop for 4 days and never looked at it. They also said it could be next week before they could get to it.
