My iPhone 16 was completely unable to use, couldn’t open it to enter my passcode, no volume, nothing. I took it here and Jeremy K took care of it in less than 2 hours! He was awesome! I told everyone about it!
I came here based on the reviews. But I probably won’t return. My item was fixed and works thankfully but, here’s what happened. I scheduled an appointment for drop off and left detailed notes about the situation, what I had done to try to fix it, and what I thought it might be. Noel called me the morning of my appointment to ask what the situation was. Right off the bat she jumps over what I thought it was and says it’s the LCD, it’s (a couple hundred dollars) and the part needs to be ordered which could take a couple weeks... read more
