Everything was repaired very well. However, the projected time for my repair kept getting pushed back. I understand the first delay. Sometimes things happen. But saying it will only take ten more minutes and then taking 35 is really frustrating. It was also left in maintenance mode. But everything important was done very well. High quality repairs
I went in for a screen repair and they got in done within an hour! They also always have had screen protectors available for me and are happy to apply them for you. Everyone here is always so nice and understanding and very open to explaining how things work and why. I have also came to them for water damage, and they helped me get a new phone within 2 days. It really is the best!
Very polite which you don’t find very often, Andromeda helped me get into my email, and she was very charming! :)
