Simon is the best, very nice and super knowledgeable. Had multiple issues with my PS5 and he has taken care of it each time. Who do I have to fight to get this man a raise?
At first we were told just to log in and out of a couple of apps. The Simon called and wanted to take a better look at the phone. He had another idea. Impressive to have someone call back with another idea.
We went in today as our daughter’s phone was a green screen and she couldn’t access it. Apple wanted $800 and TMobile would have taken days to get a phone. There was a bit of fiasco on our end yet Craig handled us with kindness and patience. What a saving grace this store is! Thank you Craig!
