Update: Called sterling heights location, they had a piece and reserved it for me right away and got the battery replaced the same day. Got lucky! I should've contacted them in the first place, it was the second closest location to my location. And the troy location was the first closest. Called in to get my battery replacement appointment. She told me that she would call me on Monday with an update regarding the battery but no call till Tuesday so I called them back. I showed up to the store at 3:34pm 7/26/2025 and when i returned to the store by 6:21 pm of the same day my phone had been fixed. Wyatt Weatherly was my repair technicain and the issue i was having with my phone was severe ghost touches on my samsung galaxy s21 which made made me unable to use my device. Edit: the only reason I am editing is because the royal oak store took great care of me and my phone. The troy store did bring parts to royal oak for me, sp thank you for that. But whoever was working the front that day, needs to be coached on customer care and calling your customers when appointments need to be changed. Thank you royal oak for helping me with my phone! Repair was done quickly and everything seems to be working well. Did try to sell me a screen protector at like 6x market cost though (from what I can tell)
