HARRISON (one of the best customer service reps I’ve encountered in a long time, in any industry) is THE BEST!! My iPhone 16 was stuck in Accessibility Mode and I rebooted and followed all instructions on Google to no avail. Took the phone to the AT&T store e (95th and Broadway who were both ridiculously rude and dismissive (95th and Broadway). Repeatedly said “Apple Store Apple Store Apple Store.” I am strongly considering switching carriers. Big shout out to ubreakitifix and Harrison in particular!!!
They took a long time to fix my devices. After telling me they'd do it after in a week, I had to wait almost three weeks while they waited for parts. I sent in three devices for fixing. My laptop was unrecoverable, but they put my data on a hard drive (wasn't cheap). One they fixed successfully. The fix of my iPad didn't work. These things are probably not their fault, but it was frustrating. They were very kind and respectful. They were very forthcoming about what the delays were.
