Had them build a PC for my son , great job! It would heat up and shut off, so we took it back to them a couple of times to look at it and find the problem. They couldn't do it. So I took it to another place , he fixed it , but would still heat up and crash. My 14 year old son took the CPU off and the thermal paste wasn't spread completely, and when cleaning the old paste my son noticed that the protective plastic on the CBU was never removed. As far as getting your phone fixed, if the screen is broken, it’s $100 flat and I think that’s pretty good price instead of buying a brand new phone
Amazingly fast & friendly service!! My son had an iPhone with a horribly cracked screen that also was flashing green on over half the phone. Dylan & Steve went above and beyond to help us from to start to finish!! Bonus my son’s phone was fixed in 15 mins on a Thursday!!! I will definitely be going back again and I highly recommend visiting Dylan & Steve for all your repair needs!!
My thing was repaired but the $60 up front fee for a diagnosis seems steep, especially considering I was able to diagnose my problem myself (it was just a frayed hdmi port). Additionally, before I paid the $60 up front I was told it would cost me $149.99. I assumed this meant 149.99 TOTAL, but it actually meant $149.99 IN ADDITION to the $60 I had already paid.
