I had a poor experience today when I came for my insurance booked appointment. The UBreakiFix staff did their best to help me, but Asurian sent the wrong instructions so I could not get my phone fixed correctly. Even though I did not get what I drove an hour for, I can say the staff were extra pleasant and tried their best to help me resubmit my claim, but it arrived wrong the second time too. Dylan at uBreakiFix was extremely helpful—informative, efficient, and very friendly. It’s nice to see people out there who take pride in and seem to enjoy what they do.
Every iPhone users wish (No but the service was amazing and the repair was done in a good amount of time! Will probably go again for my next repair whenever I’ll need one)
