All I had to do is drop it off they set a date it was ready when they promise and it's working fine good job
I dropped off my Oculus on a Friday and was told I would receive a call on Saturday with an update. I never got a call, so I called on Monday to check the status. They couldn’t provide an update and said they would call me back, but I never heard from them. I eventually had to go to the store in person just to get answers. In the end, they were unable to fix my device, and I was still charged $50 for the attempted repair. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and the overall experience.
