Went in on March 26 to get my computer fixed and they said that parts would be there in 3-7 business days. It’s been way longer than that now and they haven’t called me. If parts were backordered, the nice thing to do would be to let me know. I have also tried to call a few times but it just went to voicemail. Very unprofessional.
While work is completed in a timely manner it is very expensive. I was quoted one price and charged a different.
I've been sent to this location twice and both times I had a bad experiences. This last time the man that was working told me that they don't go through samsung care+ and started going on about testing the phone if it's water resistant. Samsung sent me to another location and they fixed my phone with no trouble at all. It seems this location is only trying to hustle people for their money.
Jarrett gave exceptional customer service both on the phone and in person. I had been receiving the run around with trying to get my phone repaired. As soon as I explained my issue to Jarrett over the phone, he immediately gave me very valuable information. Jarrett helped me with my claim and I am now receiving a new phone. Thank you Jarrett for going above and beyond!
The staff is always very professional and polite. My family and I love bringing any computer or phone issues to this Bandera location. Excellent service!
