Amazing work by Seth! I got my phone dropped off because of a major screen replacement on my Z flip 5. Screen, frame and many maim components needed to be replaced. Seth was able to submit the required tickets to Samsung, get it approved and fix the phone within few hours. He did an incredible job and made sure my storage doesn't get wipped!!!
Very helpful and friendly staff. Went in to have my phone battery serviced due to manufacturer fault, it ended up exploding (not their fault) but they were very chill about it and helped me out massively by offering me a loaner phone until Google support can help me. Definitely recommend for any service you might need.
