Staff here is quick and knowledgeable on all products and services. The two gentleman that assisted me answered all my questions and even provided next steps. Store is clean and items are well kept. My phone was returned to me after 30ish minutes (razr screen replacement). Highly recommend

I had called for the hours they were open and was told the hours but not the fact that I would need a two hour wait to get my phone fixed. When I got there, there wasn’t time for me to have my phone repaired I was going to have to leave it. And I couldn’t do that. I was upset not to have been informed of proper store hours and requirements for phone fixes. I found out myself after trying another device that nothing was wrong with my Xbox, my TV just needed to be reset and wasn't displaying inputs. They tried charging me a $70 diagnosis fee when all they did was plug my Xbox up to a TV totalling a whopping 5 minutes of labor. They didnt offer a discount and told me I'd be charged the total amount regardless of no repairs being made when I told the original amount would be applied to the repair (that didn't happen).

I can't thank Jackson enough for everything he did to help me with the issue I was having with my phone. He was professional, kind, patient and listened to all my concerns with the phone. I also want to thank Alvin for his kindness as well. Highly recommend visiting ubreakifix in Monroeville for all your repairs. They are the best!!!
