I Brought my PC Tower and a meta quest 3 headset. They didn't want to buy parts to see why it won't turn on and (at least they didn't charge me for that) and they told me that the meta quest 3 update got corrupted so it was for free. Later they charged me almost $200 for a software update fix and due to complications I couldn't pick it up. They told me as long as I checked in and gave update they would hold on to it but they scrapped it for parts. Would NOT recommend coming here to get any tech fixed.
