Dan provided excellent detail on the cost, process of repairing the back glass to my iPhone, and expected timeframe of completion. The team handled my phone with excellent care! Looks like a brand new phone!
The glass was replaced, but there are major cosmetic issues: finger smudges and dust particles underneath the glass panel. The functionality is intact, but I'm really disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.
Spoke to Daniel and he was extremely quick and knowledgeable! I arrived at the store and Martin repaired the IPAD issue I had within 15 minutes. Did I mention this was with 20 minutes of the store closing for the day! Fantastic service!
They kept me informed on what the status was on my computer and what all my options were once they ran the diagnostic. Every employee I spoke to was knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I had my computer back in 4 days after dropping it off. I could turn my computer on but nothing was on the screen. They did a hard drive reset on it and that fixed it. I went to the Brandon location.
