They did not power up the computer like they were supposed to and they said they did because the other technician told me they did not have the password and they never called me. So how could they make the diagnosis that I asked them to look into with without power it up someone was lying to me and no one contacted me. I contacted them And when I spoke to her on the phone, they could’ve told me that they needed the password that I gave him The incorrect one and they could’ve taken care of it right there
