Had a fantastic experience this morning with Loren (sp?)- just the best customer service. My phone screen is FIXED!! I was in there a total of 20 minutes- super easy.
Awesome personalized service.
I walked in with my son's phone that would not charge, figuring it needed something replaced that would cost a lot of money. The super friendly worker went straight away at picking with his tweezers to find a whole bunch of lint! The phone now charges and turns on. He didn't even charge me for his time or service. Super nice guy and very helpful!
Swift and good at solving the issue I have. Every time. Polite and great customer service as well.
