My new screen was supposed to take 3-5 days to come in which turned into 13 days without a working phone. Then I lost my biometrics from the install and have had to press harder or multiple times to get the screen to work. I need to take it back and see if they can fix these problems as soon as I am able.
The camera lens on my phone cracked and I went to uBreakiFix for a quote. Nick created my case and ordered the needed part after I made a deposit. It took longer than I was told to receive the part, but Brayce I think his name was, called me to let me know it was in. I brought my phone in a few hours later and they took care of me right away! I am happy with their service and would recommend them!
