Made appointment through web site. Went to location to find store closed. While I was there a locksmith came to change locks due to store closure. Timonium, MD location.

Waste of Time !
It was neither here or there for me as I was told my problem couldn't be fixed and I need to get a new phone, so Total time spent there was about 2 minutes, HOWEVER when I called previously the gentleman on the phone was super kind and helpful.
Really disappointed with the communications and customer service here. I brought in a device that was no longer charging. The rep indicated the technician who could diagnose the issue was not on-site at that moment. They took my device and indicated I should receive an email within a few days once the free assessment was complete, at which point I could decide whether to proceed with the repair based on the cost.
