Price was a "moving target". $89 quoted over the phone became $119 in the store (reduced after my complaint). The 3% up-charge CC fee was a surprise. (Attendant pointed to micro-printing on a little sign. Who would see that?) Attendant was generally rude and when I pushed back his reply was "I'm trying to help you." Perhaps management should educate its employees on who the seller is and who the customer is.
