ubreakifix on Kennedy Blvd in Tampa, FL, is an excellent place to take any electronics which are having problems. I was assisted by Kyle who has a lot of knowledge regarding cell phones. He fixed my phone and informed me about the insurance that covers all electronics in my home, including my phone. I purchased the insurance; it covered my repair today. I recommend that you take any problem electronics to ubreakifix.

Very strange experience. I dropped off 3 Xbox controllers for repair on a usb port issue, and I was quoted around $20 each for the fix, with the disclaimer that they would need to mail them out and that it might take around 4-5 weeks to get them back. This was fine with me, so I left them and waited. At least 5 weeks go by and I have not heard anything, so I call up the store. My charging port was giving me trouble for at least a year , Kyle had my phone for literally 5 minutes and it was back working. 10 stars out of 5 for sure !
