I have been to uBreakIfix for two different devices....a phone and a tablet. Each time my device is fixed quickly with professionalism and at a reasonable price. One time I was at the Verizon store next to youBreakiFix for another device. Since I could not be reached by phone, the technician came and got me. These people go the extra mile. Terrible experience. I brought in my all-in-one PC because it was running slow. They had it for several months, didn’t call me with updates, and never answered the phone. When I finally went by in person, I was told they were not able fix it.
