The store in Southfield, MI was polite, but didn't care much about solving my issue and sent me away. However, your store in Troy, MI was super helpful! They did not have the part I needed, but they called multiple stores and found one in Sterling Heights, MI, that did have the part I needed. So thumbs down for Southfield, and thumbs all the way UP for Troy and Sterling Heights!!
