I do not recommend using UbreakIfix as a place to get lasting phone repairs. The technicians at the store are, if nothing else, knowledgeable about the phones that they repair. If you have a broken phone screen, and you need a quick fix, this is the place to go to have it done in 24 hours. However, if you buy the cheaper off-market options, it is very likely that they will not be good permanent solutions. Walked in and phone was fixed in 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. BTW AT&T couldn't fix my phone so they sent me to this store. So thankful..
We had dirt in our charging port and they cleaned it out at no cost to us. Wonderful customer service.
