I had a very nice trip to the Victor store. I had a 1 pm appointment, was accepted 5 minutes early , and had my phone back in 2 hours. Everyone at the shop seemed pleasant and kind. My iPhone sent me a signal that the replacement screen was not an Apple product, but everything seems to be working fine so that message was deleted by me. Thank you to all of those that bailed me out!
The team at the Victor store has always done an amazing job of getting me back up and running in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the repairs have always been reliable.
Overall very happy Dan in Victor was able to restore my broken phone enough to recover data, including contacts and photos not backed up in cloud. But what I was first told would take a day turned into 2 weeks, which was not a problem if I had known but I had to keep calling for updates and to find out it was ready.Then what I thought was going to be a couples turned into all afternoon.
