I didn't know what to expect, but the service I got was absolutely amazing. When I explained what I needed, he gave me an option that was a little bit over what I had anticipated. But then he asked a couple more questions and give me a better option that saved me $$$. They are thorough and friendly and efficient. I should have just got my phone fixed from them instead of buying a new one, because their work is top notch
