Horrible! Fixed my son’s hdmi on his PlayStation. Two weeks later, broken again. Brought it back, then after 2 months it’s still not fixed. The guy told my son on the phone that he was next in line to work on his PlayStation, two weeks later we had still heard nothing. I called to check, the guy says he still hasn’t touched it and it’s actually a new problem with it that I will have to pay extra for. UNBELIEVABLE!! Don’t go to this store! My boyfriend is going to take it apart to see, so stay tuned!

I pay for a service and have to go back because they messed something up
The cost to replace the battery was just what was quoted. Will go back if needed. The only thing that kept it from the 5th star was the very heavy sales pitch for the insurance. Both when I dropped it off and again when I picked it up.
