Absolutely awful. Brought an older iPad mini in to have its battery replaced on 7/19/25. I was told it would be done in one week. After two and a half weeks of not hearing anything about its status, I stopped in on Wednesday, 8/6. They told me it was still not done, but would definitely be ready on the coming Saturday. Well, today is Saturday, 8/9 and they had not even begun to try and do the simple battery replacement. I took the iPad with me and will be bringing it to the Apple Store for this service. Service was great!
We were out of town with a broken phone. Verizon refered us to uBreakiFix in Victor NY. It was a hour drive but well worth it. After advising that we were out of town the tech made a real effort to help us . A hour later he called and said it was done and we were back on the road. I would give the business 10 stars if I could and to the tech that went above and beyond a sincere thank you.
Wife's phone quit working, they replaced the power button within a few hours!
Great customer service. I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait in line. Busy place! The guys fixed my charging port for same day pick up. Thank you!
