Took a while to get parts but when they got here uBreakiFix did the fix while we did some errands nearby. Courteous and even sweet personnel there. Return customer...good to have alternatives to carriers just saying "You should get a new phone." Had a follow up to fix something that was not part of first repair, and they handled it just as well. uBreakiFix fills a need that the carriers just plain don't care about.
