They said the replacement battery would be a Samsung cellphone OEM battery, after they replaced my phones battery there was basically no change in battery life I don't feel I got my money's worth, I believe they replaced the battery with a cheap counterfeit battery, I will never use them again

Chris was friendly and helpful. Battery replacement took about 2.5hrs but I just wandered the nearby shopping center and it kept me occupied. Hopefully won't have to replace the battery in the future - seems to be back to its full capacity.
