They were courteous, gave me the correct information, and got the fix done the same day that they acquired the necessary part. The assurant (google preferred care) claim process was mostly automated and they fulfilled it with no problems. Thanks!
Great Service!
I went in to get a screen replaced and the new screen was not installed properly so the corner of the screen kept popping out so I went again to get the screen replaced and it was still popping out on one side. Then I dropped it and in within a month it broke again since the screen was still popped out and they said they wouldn’t fix it because the screen was cracked. Waste of $189.
