just sheer laziness and lack of skill. don't waste your time, they break far more than they fix
We went to get a phone screen replaced by the carrier insurance and they looked at it for 30 seconds and said the warranty was voided because we put a screen protector on it and sent us away. It’s the dumbest thing i ever heard. Their customer care treatment was awful at this specific location
