If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the most unacceptable and unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I dropped off my laptop at uBreakiFix over a month ago for repair. They STILL have my laptop. I have called repeatedly trying to get an update, and no one responds or returns my calls. Made an appointment online with notes explaining what needed to be done and what the phone model was. Arrived for my appointment and was immediately told by the tech that he wouldn't work on it because it's a Samsung with water damage. If that was the case, why not call me before I drive all the way out to your store? A Samsung authorized retailer that won't work on a Samsung phone...no wonder they have signs posted on their door that they've had to shorten their hours.

I walked into the Noblesville store and was met by Matt. I was expecting a USB-C port repair on my phone, but it just needed cleaning. It was finished within 10 minutes. Thanks Matt!
