Eduardo was super efficient! The process was seamless. He fixed my screen today on iPhone 16 pro. He had great customer service and was a pleasure to have a small techy conversation with him. I even saw him help a gentleman who needed help changing his wallpaper without hesitation. Super friendly employee! Highly recommend this place for repairs.
Noah and Eduardo were super helpful and personable. They troubleshooted the issue I was having w my Dell laptop (which turned out to be a bad outlet in my apartment’s dining room that wasn’t charging the laptop). They suggested I sit and charge my laptop before leaving. All this and no charge (altho they have a tip jar)! Great customer service…I highly recommend ubreakifix in Wheaton.
Staff was very clear on necessary repair needed. Repair cost was fair, use of OEM parts only is a major plus, and time of completion even better!
