Yesterday I worked with an employee at uBreakiFix. The store was at 95th and Quivira in Overland Park Kansas. Joey was an excellent technician. Knowledgeable patient and fixed my transfer of data from an Samsung Galaxy to an iPhone 16 Pro. He did what the retail store at Verizon techs were unable to do after attempting it for well over 90 minutes. They were good enough to refer me to this uBreakiFix store across the street.
