DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR SERVICE!!! Typing this review on my new laptop after UBreakIFix broke my few years old one. Took it in with corrupted Windows error; they said they would re-install after backing up my data & should take a couple hours. Nope, not done that day. Days later I had to call them & they said they had a 'guy' who would be in the next day who could do it. Next they call me that my hard drive is bad, so I authorize $150 for a replacement.
