My son wanted his internet chip fixed on his switch and paid with his money for 60$ for a cheap cost and waited for 2 weeks and my son was so desperate to see it fixed and then they gave back his switch and it still had the same problem they didn't dare to even check inside I don't recommend this place. 1 star

It is great! But one massive problem!!!! I’m still waiting for a part to get the phone fixed!!!!!!! I’m blaming the delivery people and/or suppliers for the problem!!!!!!!!! What???? You can’t blame me???
Will never come here again. Absolutely terrible customer service. This business should not exist. I’d rather walk on broken glass than submit another atnt insurance claim through this company. Borderline incompetence
