Terrible customer service. I needed a new battery for my Samsung phone. I stopped by IBYF on Sept 3. They had to order the battery. The lady told me it would ship ground so 3-5 days. I called today, Sept 11, (6 days after it was supposedly ordered to find out if my battery was there. When the AI voice transferred me to the store, it rang 6-8 times and then dropped. They just kept lying saying they would be done in an hour then ten minutes and it ended up taking 5 hours
Witty and knowledgeable staff that answered all my questions!
Everything is automated Got set up with an appointment Just to go and find out that they can't help me and are backed up 6 months to a year even if they could help me. Maybe they should screen the calls or something, its ok tho I found a better place to ho that fixed my electronic faster and cheaper!!!
Nothing against the service of employees, but please call ahead to confirm what is and is not worked on. Website/reservation options are not reflective of what is offered here, you can specify what needs to be done when you make your reservation online just to show up and be told that the service isn’t actually offered but you can get the device “bought back” from Best Buy.
