Scheduled a housecall phone repair for 3pm. I received a notification at 5:30pm that they were on their way, an hour away. At 6:30, I saw the driver go past the house, and then stopped in the middle of the road for a few minutes and then drove off. I received an email a minute later informing me my appointment was canceled! I received no response to my texts to the driver. The call function would not work, so I couldn't call them.
