I took my phone in to have my cracked screen repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, after getting home, I decided to change my wallpaper. It was mostly black with a flower in the middle. Once changed, I noticed there is a white line down the right side, another line that is perpendicular to that line, at a big, black dot at the intersection. Wow! Honest! Knowledgeable! Helpful! After listening to me describe the issue with my phone, Jeremy looked at the phone's information, and explained what I could do to solve the problem before investing money in a repair that may or may not resolve the issue. I was told it would be 1-2 days and it was almost 2 weeks with no communication. I had to check the status multiple times. I was told I would not be charged if they couldn't fix my PS5 but had to put down a deposit down. After they couldn't fix it, I was told that was the charge for attempting to fix it.
