Everyone there was excellent and courteous, from the initial phone call, to the service I needed. I was there on two different days, and I didn't even have much of a sale for them. They patiently helped me through my electronic illiteracy, to solve the problems that I needed resolved. They were courteous from the initial answer of the phone, which is unheard of anymore. 4/6/25 Had problems with my cellphone holding a charge and went to my provider to see if they could figure out what was going on. They got my phone battery to 13% and thought that the problem was the battery itself or possibly the charging cord. They referred me to Batteries + (Plus) in Ballwin, MO because it has to be cheaper than a new phone. They didn't have a replacement battery and none in the remaining St Louis area stores. Customer Service: Most businesses claim to give it; few do. My experience with uBreakiFix was awesome. Christian helped me troubleshoot my Samsung phone that I inadvertently dropped into water. While the phone was beyond hope, he did determine that I could charge it wirelessly (it wouldn't take a charge via USB cable) and, with a little luck and a full charge, I'll be able to transfer the data to my new phone.
