The gentleman was quite busy with 4-5 people in line. I had a simple iPad issue and he was able to fix it at the counter without charge!! Will definitely keep them in mind for any future technology issues i need help with!
I just picked up my phone. The screen was badly cracked after dropping it on the ground. I am extremely impressed. Not only did they beautifully repair my screen, they cleaned it, and ran a thorough diagnostic. The staff is also exceptional in their knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend this business. Do not go anywhere else.
This place was the MOST HELPFUL I've ever been to. Jeremy was amazing🤩 I love this guy. So pleasant and taught me some things I didn't know about my phones and accounts. We need more Jeremy's in the customer service business.
