Justin went far and beyond to help me with multiple computer problems...he was a gem...
Decent employees but constant delays, first I was told I would have a quote in 2 days, took 4. Then I was told the replacement battery would arrive in 3-5 days and now they’re saying it’s 8 days. Please tell the truth.
The staff was very professional and easy to work with. Unfortunately they could not fix my system because there financial division (One that’s not attached or related to the location of the store.) denied the part they needed to complete the repair.
Excellent service and had my phone up and running when they said it would be!
My laptop was suddenly bulging. Swollen battery. They replaced the keyboard battery. All good now. Would recommend to others. Thanks.
