Made an appointment and tried to make sure everything would be ready for my screen repair because I live 180 miles from this store, which is my closest authorized Samsung repair center. When I arrived, no record of my appointment and after an hour, surprise, parts I was told would be in stock were not and would have to be ordered. Only in town for 2 days so can't want the 5 days for the parts to arrive. So frustrating and totally avoidable if the staff did what they promised they would do.
I called in advance telling I need a screen replacement, I was told to come over to a walk in appointment (I mentioned my phone model) and once I got to the place I was told that no screens for my phone model were available. I drove from another another city, thanks for wasting my time.
