I left two Wii consoles with accessories and in a little more than an hour they assessed the consoles/accessories and marked what was not functional. They also provided guidance on the reconnection of the console such as a bad port on the TV or replacing the HDMI to eliminate any problems at home. My husband is happy and we appreciate the quick attention to our gaming devices and thorough evaluation to get us back on the Wii.
