I TOOK MY PS3 TO THEM BECAUSE IT KEPT ON SHUTTING OFF WHILE PLAYING A GAME THEY SAID IT NEEDED CLEANED OK THEY CALLED AND SAID IT WAS FIXED I PAID OVER A 100 DOLLARS AND IT WASN'T FIXED TOOK IT BACK THEY CALLED AND SAID IT WAS FIXED TOOK HOME STILL NOT FIXED IN MY OPINION I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM MOW MY GRASS IT PROBABLY WOULDN'T GET MOWED
Servify and samsung suck at communication with ubreakifix not sure who is to blame but I wasted 3 hours waiting on my phone only for it to be returned In slightly worse shape eventually we got it fixed by redoing the claim but I don't recommend doing any insurance claims through any of these companies it just felt like I was being told a million different things even tho I was insured and had the proper paper work. Did not return my HDMI cable, had to go back. Left a loose screw inside rolling around inside and had to go back.
As i see my review is now hidden this business keeps mass reporting reviews to keep the negativity low. Hiring a known Phone Snooper hired here is disgusting. Do better
