Caleb and Spencer were SO helpful! They got the phones fixed two hours sooner than expected to help since it was an hour drive. Really grateful for their work and customer service skills. Caleb was especially personable.
I called before coming to see if they are certified to fix pixel phones and if they had the part. Caleb was very patient with me and suggested I come to get it evaluated. I told him my situation and he provided his honest response. I needed to fix both front and back, but they only had the front screen parts, but not the back casing. After dropping off, i called back to see if they can find a part from one of their suppliers to fix the whole phone...he said he'll try.
