This was the worst experience. I had damaged my charging port on my ipad & came to them to get it fixed. They broke the screen, replaced it with one so blurry you could hardly read anything. And when I got it back "mysteriously" the wifi no longer worked. They refused to look at the wifi & said it came in damaged. It had not. Had to pay for the "repair" and then pay for a whole new iPad. The worst phone repair place you could go this chain entirely but this location specifically is so dirty inside and out it’s disgusting. Floor has fingernails hair all types of dirt and debris. Not to mention my phone repair they did broke in less than a year they tried to not offer any discount or warranty and when fixed again along w screen because wouldn’t do only main issue it developed problems like a random black dot in screen and green purple lines within a month of “refix”without any kind of damage done wasted my mon... read more

Shops is closing down on Michigan road. No warning when making appointment. Took time out of my day to drop it off and they can’t fix it in time. Would be nice if the website said that before I wasted my time
