Great service and very helpful
This location has the most effective and efficient repair service since Rodney now manages this location. Rodney now has a whole team working behind the scenes! Rodney knows how to diagnose a problem and resolve it when others turn you away. He rebuilt my Flip phone and repaired the screen protector when no one else would touch it. This saved me weeks of sending a phone back and waiting for the company to repair and return while under warranty. Very disappointing experience. I brought my laptop for a charging port issue, but it was not fixed. Worse, the laptop was returned with missing screws and damaged screw heads. It was not in this condition before. Unacceptable service.
