Went in to replace my laptop screen. In the process they disconnected something in my computer so I couldn't connect to wifi anymore. I brought it back and they fixed it again free of charge. However, it has been 3 months since my screen was fixed. I have never had such a cheap screen in my life. I have a keyboard cover and the keyboard cover has slowly stained the monitor creating the shape of my keyboard in smudges on the monitor. The owner is awesome, down to earth, polite and a generous man. Gave me a discount since I broke my phone screen 2 times within a week. He threw in 2 freebie screen protectors for me as well, if I break again and I know I will I’ll be back. Great experience even for Naples above and beyond expectations.
Excellent service. I was told by other places my data could not be saved, but they where able to recover all my data on my phone!
