Rick was fast and efficient
Whoever was working 3/3/26 at 5pm had an very unpleasant off-putting attitude, when explaining my issues with my phone and trying to get a diagnosis. It felt they kept implying with their responses that all the issues with my phone are my fault and I should've "done something sooner" or "been on top of it" per the employee. When the issue with my phone is it randomly stopped charging, won't update, and glitches out; on top of that it has no exterior damage and I've only had it for a just, under a year...
