Worst experience EVER! I filed a claim through insurance and dropped my phone off with them this previous Monday to get the back of my iPhone fixed, as it was completely shattered. Drop- off went smooth and rick was very helpful- later when i went to pick my phone back up, i was very happy with the results and told rick thank you for his time. Derek took more than 3 hours of his time to make sure that every issue I had was reolved properly. My case WAS VERY INTRICATE. HE HAD THE SKILL TO MASTER THIS. HE HAS MORE PATIENCE THAN GOD!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND ALSO THIS COMPANY.
